What data do we collect?

PS collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address) explicitly requested in online forms
  • Other personal information you may voluntarily provide us in your message (like phone number, organization you represent, etc.)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide PS with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Fill in online forms (newsletter subscription, brochure request, order for any of our products or services)
  • Provide feedback via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

PS collects your data so that we can:

  • Send you information and marketing materials you requested
  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like (see Marketing section below for further details)

How do we store your data?

PS securely stores personal identification information on the server provided by a hosting company from European Union (SIA Nano IT, Latvia). We keep at least 2 levels of access restriction to your data, including password protection of the account and password protection to access a binary database containing the data collected. No personal data stored in the open form, and data access is provided to authorized personnel only.

Other data collected without personal identification, such as web logs from a web server, are stored on the server as text logs, and are also subject to a restricted protected access.

It may at times be necessary that your personal data is transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Union. It may also be processed by data processors operating outside the EU. By submitting your personal data to us or by consenting to the processing of your personal data you agree to the processing of your data, including both data storage and data transfer, outside the EU for the purposes set out in this Policy. We will take all reasonably necessary precautions to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with the applicable laws. We will not store any of your personal data longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy.

PS shall process and store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which PS as a data controller is subject to.

If the storage purpose is not applicable, or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or erased in accordance with legal requirements. Data deletion is performed by manual removal of the personal record from the database.

Marketing

PS would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. For this purpose, we might transfer a limited subset of your personal data to a third-party mailing services given they explicitly expressed honoring GDPR requirements.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please direct opt-out message to info@predictive.solutions.

What are your data protection rights?

PS would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request PS for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that PS correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request PS to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

  • _ga, _gid – records visit statistics (Google analytics). It is used to reduce the frequency of requests – to limit data collection on homepages with high data flow. Lifespan: 2 years, a day, respectively.
  • _gat_gtag_UA_140864759_1 - These cookies are associated with Google Tag Manager which we use to load scripts into our website pages. Lifespan: a few seconds.
  • APISID, SSID, SID, SAPISID, HSID – targeting/advertising cookies from Google. Lifespan: 5 months

The information collected for Google analytics will be sent to and stored on Google Inc. servers which are located in many countries worldwide. This information can be processed by a server located outside Latvia or the European Union.
